The Rowing Machine Bet - Cuffed To The Rower, Brush Rollers On His Bare Soles And Ribs (2D Anime)

He lost the bet at the gym, so his two training partners cuff him flat along the rail of the rowing machine - padded cuffs locking both wrists to the handle bar hauled above his head and both bare feet strapped soles-up into the foot plates. Ribs and flanks pulled wide open, soles held out where he cannot move them an inch, two motorised brush rollers scrubbing away while he hauls at the cuffs and laughs. He set the terms himself. 2D animated bara, generated with AI tools. No real people. All characters are fictional adults.
